DIAMOND-DART MERIDIAN SEQUENCE

This is an easily learnt 12 part movement meditation designed to raise your Life Energy (Chi) and clear your “Acupuncture Emotional System” (devised by John Diamond MD). It is based on the evolutionary development of the individual, from conception through crawling to standing upright. It will improve your flexibility, coordination, breathing, tonify your organs and improve brain functioning.

You will learn the basic sequence, the emotional correlations to each meridian, and each meridians affirmations. Each posture will be looked at in depth as well as working the whole sequence as a dance like meditation.

MUSIC AND HEALING WORKSHOP : AN INTRODUCTION TO THE DIAMOND METHOD FOR MUSIC

This workshop, led by two experts in the field, is a practical introduction to the field of music and healing, showing participants how they may use music as an active meditation to benefit themselves and others. Whatever your level of experience, this workshop will enhance the healing power of your music-making, and deepen your understanding of the subject.

Through a powerful method of touch, this technique, used successfully by many in rehabilitation, performing arts, sports and business worlds, helps to accelerate healing from injuries, ease strain and tension in performance and presentation situations and can improve your game.
