These are guided Meditation (Mindfulness) classes that anyone, beginner to experienced, can attend and benefit from. This is a non-religious form of meditation that is based upon traditional Tibetan Buddhist, Vipassana and Mindfulness Meditation techniques.

Each week’s class has a different “theme”. These themes include: learning how to be happy, removing anxiety and stress, removing anger, removing depression, learning to love ourselves, bringing love and compassion into our hearts, making peace with past difficulties and trauma, and so much more.

By attending these classes on a regular basis, you will have the ability to transform from the person that you are now to the person that you wish to be.
