Diamond Dance Company is a performance based program for Dancers Ages 5-18. We teach mainly Hip-Hop Classes with some Jazz, Acro, and Musical Theater elements. We also now offer Contemporary Classes for both Ages 10-13, and Ages 13-17  (taught by the brilliant Aubrey Contini).  Whether you have a veteran Dancer, or a beginner, they are sure to be equally challenged in our classes.
The Dance Season runs from September to June- finishing with a BIG RECITAL to end the year that displays all the amazing Dances the kids have learned. DDC is a unique environment where the more you put in, the more you get out. Want a solo? Let’s do it! Want a duet with a buddy? Grab a time slot! Commitment and Hard Work will always be rewarded.
We also offer Birthday Parties and Private Lessons for Dance & Tumbling!

About the Owner:
Kristi has been dancing for over 25 years. She has studied Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Musical Theater, Contemporary, and even baton! While Dance has always been her #1 passion, she also had a very successful run as an All Star Cheerleader which gave her the opportunity to perform at the NFL Probowl after High School! Other accolades include Workshops with the Radio City Rockettes, and Background & Stand-In Acting in a few shows/movies.
Kristi has taught Dance and Gymnastics at both The Little Gym of Kingston, and Excel Gymnastics. She was also an Early Childhood & Lower School Physical Education Teacher, Soccer & Basketball Coach, Musical Choreographer, and Class Advisor at Woodstock Day School for years before opening Diamond Dance Company.
Note From The Choreographer-
“Having an end goal- a BIG, beautiful Recital- has always been important to this Company. It teaches commitment, work ethic, responsibility, and instills confidence in these young performers that anything is possible if you work for it. Nothing is better than a Dancer’s smiling face beaming with pride after stepping off the stage in June.
We also highly value COMMUNITY. DDC has several events during the year where our youngest dancers can mingle with our oldest, and it’s beautiful to see them find role models in the Studio. In addition, DDC takes part in the Ulster Country Relay For Life, has Flash Mobs in town, and attends Dance Competitions with our oldest class. Come see the magic that is DDC for yourself, we shine like no other!”
