As a part of the Woodstock Community Festival of Awakening, join us on a journey to awaken the Kundalini energy in an immersive sound bath meditation experience. Prepare for rhythmic breath work and gentle movements to prepare the energy centers for a transformative sound & light journey.

Sound bath & meditation guided by Jennifer Drue, certified Sound Therapy Practitioner and Kundalini Yoga Teacher. Jennifer completed her KRI Kundalini Teachers Training with Hari Kaur, and is a Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner. She plays the gong, among other sacred sound instruments. She curates transformative personal retreats, group experiences and private sessions.
