It is a beautiful space, appropriate for all movement-oriented class settings. It provides you a space to view sporting events, films and presentations.

Class rentals are 1  hour minimum per week at $200 per month. 1 1/2 hr class $300 per month.

Additional classes discounted per contract. (Includes set up and breakdown/clean up), additional classes are discounted by contract.
Rehearsal times are $30/hr per person

Photo shoots $100 per hour
Workshops 3 hours at $300.00 or by contract.

Parties: 3 hour Packages

  1. up to 30 people $350.00 Package
  2. up to 50 people $450.00, Package
  3. up to 75 people $500.00 Package

(includes 3 tables and amount of chairs needed at $1 per chair).
Over 75 people requires special contract. Additional seating for 32 on benches at no additional cost. $50 for each additional hour.
Packages include set up and breakdown time with clean up.
Shoeless studio unless contracted otherwise with added cleaning fee.

Special events, plays, performances, parties etc. call for more information. $1 per chair and $50 for riser stage 8 X 8

Benefits/Fundraisers/Music venues are made on a 50/50 basis unless contracted otherwise.
