BeMoved® is designed for all movement abilities and uses artistic expression to create an experience that celebrates the music, movement, and spirit of our diverse world. With over 20 unique dance genres, BeMoved inspires participants to embrace dance as a lifelong path to health, joy, and fulfillment.

Taught by Laura Haney, former professional dancer, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and certified Ellové Technique® and BeMoved® instructor.
