Reiki is a Japanese technique that promotes healing, relaxation and stress reduction. Reiki is a gentle touch therapy that feels like a warm, soothing wave of comfort and relief.

The word Reiki is a combination of two Japanese words- Rei: “God’s wisdom or Higher Power” and Ki: “Life Force Energy”, Reiki is “spiritually guided life force energy”. Reiki is beneficial mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Reiki is a safe and natural procedure that can be enjoyed by anyone. Preparation for a Reiki session is simple, the person receiving Reiki remains fully clothed while resting on a massage table, removing only their shoes.
